Delivery & Returns

PACKAGING:

Being environmentally conscious is really important to us at The Starlight Library. We are careful to recycle where appropriate and avoid waste.

We have carefully considered all our packaging materials to ensure they are plastic-free and completely recyclable. Occasionally we may choose to provide a little extra protection with some bubble wrap. In these cases, the bubble wrap used is packaging that we have saved with the intention of recycling and reusing.

Wholesale orders, or other large orders, may also be be sent in 'reused' boxes and therefore feature other branding or look a little worn. Rest assured, your items have been carefully packaged inside.

UK ORDERS:

Standard UK delivery is charged at £2.50. If your order includes heavier items such as mugs, ceramics or candles the postage may be higher and will be calculated on checkout.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. This usually takes 3 - 5 working days to be delivered, but please be aware there may be delays at busy times.

There is an option to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24 if you need your item sooner. This service is charged at £5.50.

Please be aware, our processing times are currently 2-3 working days, except t-shirts which we make to order. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to create your t-shirt. Orders including t-shirts and additional items will be shipped together.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked International service. The cost for shipping internationally will depend on your location and the weight of your items. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

Royal Mail's estimated delivery times are:

Europe: 3 -5 working days

Worldwide: 5 -7 working days

Unfortunately, we have had to suspend shipping to Germany and France temporarily whilst we investigate packaging licenses.

RETURNS:

We obviously hope you will be happy with your order however, should you need to return something we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
